Appeals and Complaints – SMS Alumni Network

The SMS Alumni Network values fairness, transparency, and accountability. Members have the right to lodge an appeal or complaint regarding decisions, events, or activities organized under the Alumni Network.

1. Right to Appeal or Complain

Members may submit an appeal if they disagree with a decision made by the Alumni Network (e.g., refund refusal, membership suspension).
Complaints may also be lodged concerning event management, member conduct, or misuse of alumni data.

2. Submission Process

Appeals and complaints must be submitted in writing via email to the official Alumni Network contact address.
The submission should clearly describe the issue, provide relevant details, and include any supporting evidence.
Appeals or complaints should be filed within 14 days of the incident or decision.

3. Review & Resolution

The Alumni Network committee will review all appeals and complaints in a fair and unbiased manner.
A response will be provided within 30 working days of receiving the submission.
Outcomes may include upholding the decision, reversing it, or implementing corrective measures.

4. Final Decision

The decision of the Alumni Network committee on appeals or complaints will be final.
In cases involving serious misconduct or violations, the matter may be escalated to higher authorities of Sustainable Management System Inc.
